A 7-WEEK PROGRAM · POWERED BY POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE®
You are still you.
A seven-week programme helping mothers of children in addiction reclaim the identity they quietly set aside.
You have been told to focus on yourself.
To not let your child's addiction define you.
To reclaim your life.

Nobody has shown you how.

Do you recognize yourself here?
You love your child deeply - and you sense that you are showing up as a shadow of your real self.
You feel guilty when you enjoy something, achieve something, or dare to think about your own future.
You stopped pursuing goals, because they felt self-indulgent. Life feels on hold.
You are exhausted, hollowed out, and quietly grieving the person you used to be.
If this resonates, Still Me was created for you.

THE PROGRAMME
Built on Positive Intelligence. A New Mental Operating System - More Than Advice.
Still Me pairs the evidence-based Positive Intelligence (PQ) framework with a weekly live circle of mothers who want to reclaim their lives. Over seven weeks, you'll quiet the inner Saboteurs driving guilt and self-erasure, identify the inner patterns keeping you stuck and build new ones. PQ is the operating system, not just the content. It changes what feels true - day to day, moment to moment, so that living your own life stops feeling selfish and starts feeling possible.Â
01
Daily practice
Ten minutes a day, building new mental habits and neural pathways through the PQ app.
02
Weekly online modules & live group sessions
Online PQ. modules and live sessions with mothers on the path to reclamation. You will interrupt your saboteurs and strengthen your sage - the calmer, wiser part of you that can hold love without dissolving into the struggle.
03
Real structure
Seven weeks, evidence-based, nothing vague or open-ended.
A qualified mediator, counsellor, coach and certified Positive Intelligence facilitator — and a mother.
"You do not have to wait for your child to recover before you start living"
Anne Marie Mc Fadyen
Still Me Founder & Reclaim Coach
